Feast of St Nicholas

Saint Nicholas was Bishop of Myra (in modern-day Turkey) during the 4th Century. Known for his generosity and pastoral care, especially towards the poor, St Nicholas’ legacy developed into a much loved and familiar Christmas character.

These resources carefully re-tell the story of the real St Nicholas and encourage children to follow his example by putting Christ at the centre of their lives – at Christmas and beyond. The feast of St Nicolas falls on 6 December.
