The Mission Rosary

The Mission Rosary was created in the 1950s by Archbishop Fulton Sheen – a former Director of Missio USA – to strengthen the bonds between God’s global Church family.

Since it’s introduction the Mission Rosary has been used by Catholics around the world, and helping children on every continent, to pray for one another in a beautiful exchange of faith and friendship.

The Mission Rosary is made up of five different colours, each representing a different continent: Africa (green), Americas (red), Europe (white), Oceania (blue), Asia (Yellow). To learn how to pray the Mission Rosary, and for accompanying resources, see below.
