Update from Lisanjala, Malawi

Some of our supporters may remember our school project focus for 2015 – 2016, when we showcased the clinic Mission Together helped to build in Lisanjala, a small village in Malawi.

We told the story of Sister Sonia, a Benedictine sister, who was living and working alongside the people there, bringing God’s love to the community. The Benedictine Sisters continue to oversee the project very successfully.

We recently heard that the clinic is as busy as ever and continues to serve the children of Lisanjala, and those from outlying villages. The photograph above shows just a few of the children benefiting from the clinic and feeding program.

Look out for more news about Lisanjala and other Missio supported projects in Malawi next year.
